Good morning and welcome to the fourth day of competitions at the London Olympics and it is the sailors who are leading the medal charge for Ireland.
Dublin's Annalise Murphy had a great start to her Olympic debut with two firsts in her first two races in the Women's Laser Radial event, while Peter O'Leary and David Burrows lie in fifth place overall in the Men's Star event.
In eventing, the Irish team are seventh at present.
Aoife Clark is best in the individuals in 21st, Joseph Murphy is 29th and Mark Kyle is 35th.
In Rowing sculler Sanita Puspure takes part in the quarter-final at 11.50am while Donegal badminton player Chloe Magee continues her group campaign with a match against a French opponent at 2.20pm. -

Today so far: Annalise Murphy continues to be Ireland's stand-out performer at the Olympic sailing regatta.
The 22-year-old Dubliner followed-up yesterday's two wins in the women's Laser Radial class by winning today's opening race to move even further clear in the standings.
Murphy has also taken an early lead in the fourth race of the week.
- Meanwhile, Peter O'Leary & David Burrows finished in 11th in their fifth race in the Men's Star Class which means they're sixth overall.
The pair are currently in 13th spot in race six.
- The men's 49er duo of Ryan Seaton and Matt McGovern are in 6th overall after todays two races.
- In the men's Laser James Espey lies in 42nd place overall. His race is underway later. -

In Swimming, Grainne Murphy has pulled out the 800 metres free style.
The Wexford athlete, who has been hampered by glandular fever in recent months, has been forced to call a premature end to her Olympics after accepting that she's unable to perform to her usual standard.

In the Equestrian Eventing, the team event is now over, with Germany beating Britain to the gold medal.
The Irish team finished in 5th place, but Mark Kyle, Joseph Murphy and Aoife Clark have all qualified for the individual final which has just started.
Kyle was the first competitor to jump and he added five more penalty points to finish on a total of 76.90.

Dublin-born Aoife Clark added to Ireland's Eventing success at the Olympics this afternoon by finishing seventh in the Individual Final.
The 30 year-old, riding the bay gelding Master Crusoe, qualified for the final with a textbook clear show jumping round in this morning's Team Final, and repeated the magic this afternoon to end the day on 52.50 penalties, just 11.9 points behind Germany's Individual Gold Medallist Michael Jung.
Mullingar's Joseph Murphy with the 11 year-old Electric Cruise also went clear in the individual final, finishing 14th overall, while Wicklow's Mark Kyle and Coolio had four faults to complete the afternoon in 21st place.
The Irish team, which included Camilla Speirs and Michael Ryan, both eliminated after falls on the cross country course yesterday, claimed an historic fifth place finish in the Eventing team competition.
All the Irish Olympic mounts were Irish Sport Horses. -
