Globe reporter Bella English is at precinct 3 in Milton. "There have been steady lines since before polls opened at 7," she said. "Election warden Jane Tufts says that by 9 am today, the precinct has almost as many voters as it had all day for the September primaries. The process took me 30 minutes."
